Our CIC model is designed to connect commercially useful work in the UK with practical benefit for underserved communities internationally.

The model

  1. Deliver credible UK projects. We generate income through useful engineering, modelling and delivery support.
  2. Build shared capability. We invest in open-source tools, templates, training and evidence.
  3. Support underserved partners. Surplus and learning are directed to clean-energy projects where access remains constrained.

Partnership principles

We aim to avoid extractive or externally imposed development models. International work should be locally grounded, accountable, practically deliverable and shaped with partners who understand the community context.
